The staff is always friendly and helpful whenever I shop here. I've known some employees now for quite a few years and have developed a good relationship when shopping here. The store is conveniently located within 3 miles of most all my project sites. The store is clean, and very well laid out for my shopping experience. I very much like the ease of getting in and out and being able to start my day with the supplies I need.

Very well stocked store. Neatly presented merchandise with employees available asking if I needed any help. I did purchase an appliance and found the employee (Olivia) who helped me, very friendly and helpful. She was willing to take the time and go the extra mile to make sure I purchased the appliance I wanted. I found the store friendly and helpful in general. I will definitely shop there again. I found MENARDS to be none of the above. I actually went to the MENARDS store first and found them not helpful. Almost felt like the employees tried to avoid helping me. I decided to give Home Depot a try because of the rudeness at MENARDS. I was very happy to buy my appliance from Home Depot. I will go there FIRST from now on!! Store is clean an organized. Employees are good to help you. I had one really good experience with kitchen cabinets from a salesman but I can't remember his name but he had some pretty wild piercings he was really good really explain things well showed interest in helping me I learned a lot from him.

Then I had to two different experience with younger salesman who showed little interest seem to bored to help me and one made me feel stupid. However as I was walking through the store and just looking around a totally different salesman asked me very enthusiastically if I needed any help which I didn't at that time but I appreciate his interest because he was walking because I was pretty far in one I'll and he was walking down a major aisle and he could've just ignored me. Both sales people in the flooring department were very helpful and very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I needed and I did order flooring from them. My husband and I shop there for all our big jobs for home repairs and remodeling. My friends and I seem to find all kinds of fun new products there! I saw 2 new things I loved today, tiles shaped like little tree ornaments, and tree lights that were little color changing balls on ribbon that cascade down the tree from a central point at the top!

We found what we wanted today, and the associates were very kind and helpful! Store was clean and well organized. Please read my survey as it is all there, it was a very good visit to Home Depot.
