Because of the large image size, all-over prints (commonly called AOP) are best done with waterbased and discharge ink in order to retain the original comfort of the shirt (all-over prints with plastisol is just gross and the shirt could weight twice as much as it should). All-Over printing is much different than any of our other image sizes. All-over printing is done by laying the shirt directly on top of the pallet rather than the pallet sliding into the shirt. The inside of the shirt is sprayed with a starch-based adhesive which helps the shirt stick together and lay flat on the pallets.
