But disgruntled buyers from her online store, SuggLifeShop – which sells items including T-shirts, phone cases and calendars – have tweeted of their frustration, claiming gifts failed to turn up for Christmas. Some say they placed orders within hours of the site opening on December 9 but have yet to receive anything. Student Liberty Dodgson-Hatto, 18, of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warks, ordered a £19.94 Sugg Life T-shirt for her boyfriend’s 13-year-old sister. She said: “They have taken our money but failed to honour our orders.” Nicola Bright tweeted: “I had a disappointed daughter at Xmas.” One customer posted: “This is really annoying. My hoodie isn’t going to be coming any time soon.” And another wrote: “This is so disappointing.” A spokesman for the merchandise company behind Sugg Life said: “All orders were dispatched from the warehouse on time. Zoella, real name Zoe Sugg, who has over 11m subscribers on YouTube and the fastest-selling debut novelist since records began, has teamed up with her brother to launch merchandiseTheRewind calendar, which costs £12.99, sees Joe and Zoe recreate one of their favourite childhood photos each month for a year.The phone cases, which cost £9.99, come covered with cartoon versions of the siblings, whilst the £14.99 T-shirts and £19.99 hoodies are emblazoned with the brand name.The bad news for fans of the internet's favourite siblings? Most of the products are sold out online.The collection comes after Zoella unveiled her Lifestyle range.

As well as her beauty range, which became one of Superdrug's best-selling collections, the internet star branched out into home decor before Christmas. Soon her YouTube channel, set up in 2009, became her full-time job, with more than six million subscribers and 12 million hits on her vlogs per month.   Miss Sugg now apparently earns £50,000 a month as a result of her lifestyle channels. She has created a range of beauty products, published a bestselling novel, been signed by Radio 1, is the charity Mind’s digital ambassador and was selected, along with brother Joe and boyfriend Alfie, to take part in Bob Geldof’s re-release of the Band Aid single. Miss Sugg pictured with blogger boyfriend Alfie Deyes, with whom she bought a house in the Brighton area Penguin Random House, the publisher behind her book Girl Online, agreed to sign Zoella after its CEO Tom Weldon was told by his 13-year-old goddaughter that the book would be ‘a huge best-seller’. Zoella became the fastest-selling debut novelist since records began with her tome, Girl Online, outselling the likes of JK Rowling and Dan Brown.Miss Sugg has also starred on the BBC's Comic Relief Bake Off special alongside celebrity contestants Gok Wan, Jonathan Ross and Abbey Clancy, and has her own record breaking beauty range in Superdrug.
