This is a good supplement to take if you are lactose intolerant or have some other problem regarding the use of whey protein or soy protein. I would much rather take this Musclemeds Carnivor protein than I would any soy products, because soy does contain phyto estrogens and may slightly increase estrogen levels. For a bodybuilder, I want no increases in estrogen. This is a great substitute for soy, but is pretty dang expensive and therefore I can not buy often. Even if your not lactose tolerant , it will digest smooth. low calorie easily stands up to muscle milk and isopure. Although if your feeling like a spender defintely reccomend isopure. I would definitely recommend this product only as a post-workout shake. I love the idea of beef protein isolate and it is excellently executed in this product. 0g fat and sugars is very comforting and the taste of the chocolate is awesome.
