In other words, the supposed surveillance camera footage is fake, deliberately contrived to promote a video game. Here’s an excerpt from McClellan’s article: Others speculated that the video was a hoax manufactured by a creative CGI artist. But it appears that this “security camera footage” belongs to a collection of marketing videos for Chinese video game Zhu Xian 2. The “security camera footage” video is featured on a microsite for what appears to be a real-life representation of a character from this video game. She is referred to on the site as the “dragon totem girl.” The illustrated version of this character is on the game’s official website. Although many people are just discovering the presence of this video on the “dragon totem girl” website, some have already suggested Perfect World is, for some reason, involved in a conspiracy to downplay this video and pass off what some assert is proof of a genuine super-powered extraterrestrial as nothing more than marketing material.

The two are a split second away from colliding. The next second, at the 0:33 mark in the video — or local time — literally out of nowhere, a man in black darts in front of the bike.

Not even a second later (), there is a blinding flash of light where the bike and the “man” are: Not even a second later (), the blinding flash that was in front of the truck “moved” to the pedestrian crossing BEHIND the truck. Notice that there is now NOTHING before the truck — no bike, no “man.” The flash of light behind the truck now disappears. otice also that behind the truck in the spot where biker and “man” had been, there are two large scorched marks that I’ve circled in yellow: At the 0:39 mark in the video or 3:40 AM local time, the biker steps out of his bike while the trucker has exited his truck, walked to the back of the truck and bends down looking at the ground in disbelief and amazement. At the 0:57 mark in the video or 3:57 AM local time, the trucker begins to walk back to his truck while the dazed biker plops himself down on the sidewalk: The rest of the video is a replay in slower-motion of segments of the preceding footage. Here’s a screenshot at the 1:28 mark in the video, showing what was happening in that blinding flash of light — the “man” in black was reaching out to the biker. Right after that, in less than a second, the light has moved to the pedestrian crossing yards BEHIND the truck: Beginning at the 1:29 mark in the video, you can see the biker and the “man” in black emerging in the second flash of light, now BEHIND the truck.
