< Go to Insulated Jackets - Men'sTAD Gear Releases Ranger LT Friday, February 11th, 2011 SSD readers should be no stranger to Triple Aught Designs. Today, they release the new Ranger LT which is based on the popular Ranger Hoodie. Consider it more of a year-round design. For example, when it’s cooler out, it acts an outerlayer to keep you warm without overheating. When it gets cold, it’s a great mid-layer underneath a hardshell. Despite its lightweight rating, the Ranger LT is feature laden: • An active fit streamlined enough to wear under another outer layer when needed • Manufactured from Polartec Wind Pro (288 weight or 8.5 oz) with a DWR finish (Black SPEAR Fleece was 300 weight) • Highly breathable and constructed to support a full range of motion • Aero hood that provides head protection and warmth • Eight pockets including two chest pockets with media port and D-rings, two upper arm pockets with Velcro patches, media port and d-rings, a left forearm pocket and rear hunters pocket
• The thumbhole cuffs have been sewn into the seam to reduce excess wind from getting in • Pit vents provide extra breathability • Guide wires allow headphones to be neatly threaded down the hoodie and through the media port(s) • Available in Black, ME Green and UE Gray Tags: TAD Gear Posted in Clothing, TAD | Comments Off on TAD Gear Releases Ranger LT Wednesday, October 6th, 2010 Ever wanted something for the hitch on your truck or 4×4 that looked cool, yet menacing? They placed the following information on their Facebook page and are taking steps to fix things on their end.
They recommend that anyone who purchased online from them between August 6, 2009 and November 16, 2009, cancel the card they used and take a hard look at any transactions. “This notice is to inform our customers of a security incident at TAD Gear. hoodie haskellWe recently learned that our database was illegally accessed from an external source, and it appears that some customer data were taken, which may include customer names, contact information and credit card data. kreator hoodiesThe possibility of a security breach came to our attention when certain customers notified us that unauthorized charges had appeared on their credit cards. north face denali jacket ebayUpon learning of the potential breach of security, TAD Gear immediately initiated an investigation, and took corrective steps based on the advice of an internet security firm. tidestore hoodies

A fraud alert lets creditors know to contact you before opening new accounts. Just call any one of the three credit reporting agencies at a number below. This will let you automatically place fraud alerts with all of the agencies. You will then receive letters from all of them, with instructions on how to get a free copy of your credit report from each. When you receive your credit reports, look them over carefully. Look for accounts you did not open. Look for inquiries from creditors that you did not initiate. And look for personal information, such as your home address and Social Security number, which is not accurate. If you see anything you do not understand, call the credit reporting agency at the telephone number on the report. If you do find suspicious activity on your credit reports, call your local police or sheriff’s office and file a police report of identity theft. Get a copy of the police report. You may need to give copies of the police report to creditors to clear up your records.
Even if you do not find any signs of fraud on your reports, we recommend that you check your credit report every three months for the next year. Just call one of the numbers above to order your reports and keep the fraud alert in place. For more information on identity theft, we suggest that you visit the web site of the California Office of Privacy Protection at www.privacy.ca.gov, or the Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/idtheft. , a special email address that we have set up to help answer your questions.” Tags: TAD Gear Posted in TAD | Comments Off on TAD Gear Hacked TAD Edition Kleen Canteen Friday, October 2nd, 2009 I have been a fan of Kleen Canteens for some time and now TAD Gear has a signature version featuring their skull logo. We love TAD Gear. And besides, they are constantly bringing out innovative new products. In fact, they just released 5 additional designs to their innovative Ranger Eye line. The v3.0 Glow In The Dark (GITD) Ranger Eyes feature new artwork including (clockwise) Skull Spade, Grizzly Titus, Skull Bones, MOD Skull, Affonso Rhino, and the Terminator Skull from the v2.0 line is still available as well. The animal characters are from Rocket World’s I.W.G. line which has spawned an entire line of designer toys.
They are 3/4″ tall and manufactured from PVC. The Ranger Eyes attach to caps, packs, clothing, or anything with a patch of velcro pile. As you can see, the designs stand out quite well in the dark. Sold in matched pairs, significant discounts are applied for purchase of multiple sets. Go here to purchase. Notice I said “selling out” and just “selling”. Items like the new Ti Skeleton Key sell so well that TAD employees can’t even get copies. In fact, telling the whole world about these works of art will probably ensure that there won’t be any in stock when I attempt to order one but how can I keep quiet about these? TAD has these babies pumped out by their local machine shop which also makes parts for the F-22.
Machined from a billet of 0.185″ 6Al-4V titanium. As you can see below, there are a variety of tools built right into the Skeleton Key but its use is only limited by your imagination. The Ti Skeleton key features the following: Terminator skull graphic, flathead screw driver, spanner wrench tip, pry tip, nail puller, and bottle cap lifter. Note that the spanner wrench tip is the perfect size to perform that oft delayed Strider maintenance. Available soon from Triple Aught Designs. They recently introduced the Bandoleer. Designed as a versatile, grab and go platform, the Bandoleer is as useful at work as it is at play. A friend sent us this photo of him using the Bandoleer during a recent fishing trip and he told us, “The fish never saw me coming”.
