Feelgood fashion: From outdoor classics to T-shirt chic, Oxfam is offering carefully tailored fashion edits at festivals around Britain British charity Oxfam makes up to £250,000 a year with its festival shops, supplying revellers with timely changes of clothes. And everything it takes is sorted here, in a warehouse outside Huddersfield. A mountain of sacks – with labels such as Formal Saturday, Cashmere, Womad and Wedding Dresses – sit under a giant heater, ready to be shipped out. Oddly, this is stock Oxfam’s network of charity shops has already tried – and failed – to sell, thanks perhaps to volunteers who have let some real gems slip through their fingers.
