In fact, most jackets/parkas do not have temperature ratings. This is for several reasons. Warmth is a subjective thing, unique to each person. Not only that, but there are other factors that can affect a parka's warmth: wind, humidity, activity level, what else you are wearing, etc. This parka is ideal for fall, early winter and spring... it probably wouldn't be warm enough for extreme cold. The exception to this is if you are engaging in winter activities, like skiing or snowshoeing, since Thermoball insulation is designed to trap the heat generated from the body.
