Victims: Jonny Byrne (left), 19, was discovered floating in the river at Milford Bridge in County Carlow while Ross Cummings (right), 22, died after drinking spirits in Dublin Ross Cummins, 22, was found unconscious in a house in Dublin and died later in hospital amid reports he had been drinking spirits when he collapsed.Jonny Byrne, 19, drowned after downing spirits and jumping into a river. His family has now started a campaign to warn young people not to feel pressure if they are nominated.
