MAYBE BECAUSE I CAN'T GET IT TIGHT ENOUGH FOR THE COLD TO GET IN. My husband works outdoors and uses this to stay warm. Could barely get it over my head.... Maybe I will give it to my ten year old I got this to wear while shoveling snow. So far I've used it only once, but I love it. It is definitely not a fashion statement, but it's warm and stays in place. A good idea but ensemble is too tight. These were gifts for my sons who are outside quite a bit during the winter months.
