Tame Impala‘s Kevin Parker has responded to The Last Shadow Puppets‘ tribute song, known among fans as ‘There’s A Storm Brewing’. The Last Shadow Puppets were performing at Poland’s Open’Er festival this summer, when Alex Turner burst into the impromptu tune. “There’s a storm brewing… there’s a storm brewing in the form of Tame Impala,” he sang for several minutes before adding: “Kevin Parker controls the weather system around here.” Responding to the tribute, Parker told DIY: “We were waiting in our dressing room – I was extremely sick, it was the show straight after Glastonbury, and I just got really violently ill. I almost couldn’t play, so we heard that they made up this impromptu Tame Impala tribute jam, and I was like, ‘Oh no!’ It was the one night where I just wanted to get through it, I didn’t want anyone to hype it up, I didn’t want anyone to ramp it up. It’s sweet of them, really… They probably helped to save it.”
Meanwhile, Tame Impala’s Kevin Parker has teased yet more ‘A list collaborations’, following his work on Lady Gaga’s new album ‘Joanna’.Agree AlexAlex KralieSlenderverse ProxiesMarble HornestSlenderverse StuffsHornets TothearkCreepypasta MarblehornetsFavourite CreepypastasThac ClearForwardCAN WE ALL AGREE ALEX WAS A COMPLETE ASSHOLE???hoodie bedrukken Love Is Evol Hoodie (Black)kansas city chiefs military hoodie The Way I Am Hoodie (Grey)shop bán áo gile nữ Slim Shady Hoodie (Black)smf hoodie Dear Slim T-Shirt (White)avocado hoodie pattern

With help from Pharrell Williams, 42, Missy dropped “WTF (Where They From),” a futuristic video that featured everything from robotic dancers, glittery lipstick and puppets that looked just like Missy and Pharrell! Missy released her new track and video on Nov. 12, and fans are incredibly grateful. Missy was doing sexy and weird long before Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, and she’s back to show them how it’s done.
The video is full of some incredible “WTF” moments, like when Missy seems to change clothes just by spinning around. Or, how about those marionettes made of her and Pharrell’s likeness? Where can we get one? Not to mention, there are robotic dancers in a warehouse, futuristic headbands and a hoodie covered in mirrors. The best part: “WTF” is was a trademark Missy song — a blast from the past, completely covered in the future. It’s good to see Pharrell working with Missy again, especially after their surprise performance at the 2014 BET Awards. The video was directed by her longtime friend, Dave Meyers, reports E! Dave directed or co-directed some of her biggest videos, including “Get Ur Freak On,” “One Minute Man” and “Work It.” His influence is definitely there, as this immediately feels like a Missy video. “WTF (Where They From)” is Missy’s first single in three years and this music video is the first in almost a decade. Her last video was 2008’s “Ching-a-Ling/Shake Your Pom Pom,” so you can tell guess how Missy’s fans have been thirsty for something new.
This new video is almost as big as her appearance with Katy during the Halftime show of the 2015 Super Bowl. While the show left many talking about Left Shark, most were amazed by how Missy stole the show! Hopefully, this is the start of more music and show-stealing moments from Missy.
