Cut this piece out, and roll it like a cone. Take your stuffing, and stuff the cone. Take the tail, and glue it to the bottom back center of the hoodie where the tail should be. Now take a large rimmed glass, or another circular object, and trace 2 large circles unto one of the pieces of white felt. Cut the white circles out, and place them where GIR's eyes should be on the actual hood of the hoodie. Do the same for the other eye. Take the black felt, and cut 2 6 inch long and 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick strips. Take pipe cleaners, and glue one to the back of each ear. Don't feel like the eyes have to be super bulgy. If they are too bulgy, they may not look right. You can actually make the ears without pipe cleaners if you don't want them standing up. You can also wash the hoodie regularly without having to worry about bending them this way. Depending on if you want the hoodie to be form fitting (tighter or a girl cut), you may want to use thinner black sleeves so they won't sag so much.
