Tuning the guitar was difficult to say the least. Once tuned, it would stay in tune for a minute or two of playing. It simply would not stay in tune. After three weeks of frustration, I returned the guitar. I have been playing acoustic guitar for 40 years and this guitar brought no joy. Must have received a lemon. Includes everything to get you started except a stand...I purchased one separately. The guitar & amp are pretty nice, but the total package is a little expensive. Online lessons are not worth the download time. Do not even tell you the strings notes. Would definitely choose a cheaper guitar/amp package over this one. 41.00 x 19.00 x 5.00 Inches DOES THIS Epiphone by Gibson DR-100 41" Premium Guitar pack HAVE STEEL STRINGS ??? Is this an adult guitar? Is the 41" smaller than standard size guitars? Honestly speaking, this is a beautiful guitar, beautiful gig bag, the sound is great also. But I think this guitar was made by bad materials. I bought this guitar 2 times, and I will refund this guitar for the 2nd time. The 1st time, the bridge was broken when I tune the string with the tuner. I am not new with guitar, so I know how to tune it smoothly. But, the bridge was broken even the string not meet the right tune yet. Then I refund the 1st one and re-oder a new one. The 2nd guitar arrived and have the same problem with the 1st one. And the neck was broken after 1 month. This is a beautiful guitar, nice tune, but.... I have to refund this guitar again. Bad materials is the problem of this guitar. Was delivered in a very short amount of time. Was in great condition. The guitar itself is a good product holding its tune even after time in the gig bag.
