Our production team will email you a photo to approve ink colors, graphic placement and sizing. This is the last proofing point before your order is complete. Any changes requested or delays in approval at this point may delay the order a few hours to a few days. ×Our standard image size is our smallest print size for images up to 14” wide by 17” tall with a 36 piece minimum order. The print area is the maximum size you can print staying within that particular screen size. It does not limit you on how small you would like to print though. We can get very fine detail out of the smallest prints. A lot of people that print standard size prints, wonder how large to print when placing a logo or smaller image on the left chest. We suggest around 3.5″ to 4″ wide. We’ve included some sample print images that will help you determine if your design falls into this category. ×when 14″ wide and 17″ tall isn’t enough, it’s time to go oversized. Because waterbased and discharge ink is such a necessity with large prints, we do a lot of oversized printing.

Our oversized image size is 17” wide by 23” tall with a 48 piece minimum. When printing this large, you must be aware of hitting seams. Make sure to check the size specs of your specific product. You can check the sleeve/chest seam width as well as the collar to bottom length. We’ve tried to list these specs for all of our products at the bottom of each page, as we have here for the American Apparel 2001. Anytime you hit seams, print imperfections are likely to occur. ×You want to go bigger? Bump it up a little again. When our oversized image area of 17″ wide and 23″ tall isn’t enough, it’s jumbo time. Again, waterbased and discharge ink is highly recommended on these larger images to keep them soft and light weight. The soft a shirt, the more likely it is to get worn, especially when you are wanting to go big! Our jumbo image size option is 19” wide by 33” tall with a 96 piece minimum. Like the oversized prints, when printing this large, you must be aware of hitting seams.

Anytime you hit seams, print imperfections are likely to occur. Although we’ll do all we can to warn you, it is your responsibility to be aware of this. ×The all-over style shirts have become extremely popular again in recent years. Because of the large image size, all-over prints (commonly called AOP) are best done with waterbased and discharge ink in order to retain the original comfort of the shirt (all-over prints with plastisol is just gross and the shirt could weight twice as much as it should). All-Over printing is much different than any of our other image sizes. All-over printing is done by laying the shirt directly on top of the pallet rather than the pallet sliding into the shirt. The inside of the shirt is sprayed with a starch-based adhesive which helps the shirt stick together and lay flat on the pallets. Huge screen are then used to print on top of the shirt. ×Promote your brand by adding your customer supplied woven labels or tags. We will remove the manufacturer’s tags and sew them all to your specifications.

1 – 35 Units 36 – 72 Units 73 – 150 Units PRINTED RELABELING/TAGLESS- In retail, branding is key – make your name known by adding a screen printed size label. Avoid and itchy tag and leave a lasting impression. ×Get your products retail ready with the fold & polybag finish. Each garment is individually folded and heat sealed. (add $0.50 per unit) ×Water-base inks are popular with clients seeking solid details without the heavy hand of plastisol inks. Printing discharge on dark garments includes the process of “bleaching” away the pigment of the garment while the ink color penetrates the garment to create your art.We’re basically “re-dyeing” the fabric. Printing with discharge inks offers an extremely soft hand on dark shirts, ultimately having no feel at all once washed. This type of printing requires 100% cotton garments, and looks especially good with distressed or vintage art. There are some fabric dyes that resist the discharge process (cool hues such as greens & blues).
